I work with the children in helping them develope the following skills: fine motor hand skills, writing, cognitive, social and emotional,
speech and language, & gross motor skill development. All these skill developments are reached through learning activities such as:
Those are only a few examples on how the children can develope their child skills. The number one reason it is so important for me to work on these skills with the children is so they are better prepared when they attend school. Furthermore, it is also important to start working on developing these skills at an early age is so they can being muscle memory and become agile with their motor skill development. We also have a set schedule for each day in which we all participate in different activities, whether it is music time, arts & crafts, games etc.. They also get a time throughout the day to take a nap after lunch time. I have attached a sample of one of our daily schedules below.
